Two School Staff Arrested for Alleged Misconduct Towards 13-Year-Old Girl in Pakyong
Two male staff members at a school in Pakyong district have been arrested following accusations of inappropriate conduct towards a 13-year-old student. The girl, a pupil at ******* Junior High School, reportedly confided in her guardian about repeated misconduct by a non-teaching staff member and a computer teacher. Additionally, the victim disclosed receiving unwanted messages on social media.
Earlier, a female teacher allegedly discouraged the student from reporting the incidents, leading to further investigation and the issuance of a notice to her. The police have filed FIRs under the POCSO Act and other relevant sections. Both accused are in custody, and the minor has undergone medical examination.
