Pakyong, November 04 :
Adding to the excitement of the Sikkim Adventure Tourism Fest 2026, 17 participants took part in a paragliding sortie from designated locations in Pakyong District today.
Taking off from the designated site at Amba, the participants enjoyed an aerial experience amid scenic landscapes before landing safely at Rorathang. They were subsequently transported to the main festival venue at Linkhim Tar, Namthang, Namchi District, to experience the range of adventure activities being organised as part of the week-long festival.
Organised by the Department of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Government of Sikkim, the festival is being held till November 7, featuring air, land and water-based adventures.
