Sikkim High Court Approves Menstrual Leave Policy In a progressive move, the Sikkim High Court has implemented a menstrual leave policy, granting its female employees 2-3 days of leave per month during their menstrual cycle. This announcement coincides with the observance of Menstrual Hygiene Day on May 28, 2024.
