The event was graced by the Governor of Sikkim, Shri Laxman Prasad Acharya, Chief Minister Mr Prem Singh Tamang. The ceremony commenced with dignitaries garlanding and offering khadas at the statue of the late Padma Vibhushan Shri L.D.
