Kantipur Television Resumes Broadcast After Office Fire
Kathmandu — Kantipur Television returned to regular broadcasting at 4 p.m. on Friday, ending a brief shutdown following a fire that destroyed much of its Tinkune headquarters.
The station had gone off air after its office building was torched during the ongoing Gen Z protests. According to the media house, programming has now resumed from Studio 3, the only section of the complex that remained intact in the blaze.
Kantipur Television shared photographs of staff working inside the damaged facility, emphasizing their commitment to continue delivering news and programming despite the setback.
