A special programme on Mental Health, Wellness Drive, and Drug Abuse Awareness was organised today at the 1st IRBn, Wazirabad.
The event was graced by the presence of Commandant, 1st IRBn, Wazirabad, Mr. Palden Bhutia, along with officers and jawans of the battalion.
The resource person, Mr K C Nima from Freedom Facility Rehab, Gangtok, delivered an insightful and pragmatic lecture, focusing on the importance of mental well-being, preventive measures against substance abuse, and ways to build resilience in challenging circumstances.
The programme also served as an interactive platform, encouraging officers and jawans to engage in open discussions and gain a deeper understanding of how to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle, both personally and professionally.
